The product, velvet baseball cap,is made and packaged well. However I had an issue with the order itself.I asked for one black and one red.Paid for my order and the invoice read two black, tried to go back to recharge to the original order no go.I immediately wrote customer service and was assured she would advise shipping. Two black baseball caps arrived...

Hi Barbara, apologize. This is certainly our fault. So sorry for this unhappy experience. We replied your email on 13th checking if you would like to return or exchange, did not get a reply. Not sure if you read it. You are welcome to reach out any time for a return or exchange as you prefer. Will try our best to do better next time. Wish the best!

Hi Alec, thanks for your feedback. I just checked your order. It was placed on 18th Jan, and dispatched next day 19th Jan, order delivered by usps in the morning on 31st Jan. I understand 12 days is a long time for shipping. Appreciate your patience here. We will work to improve this in future. Thanks again for having us. Best!

Quick and Reliable
Quick shipping and piece looks like online images. Too early to tell how well it holds up, but it feels nice.
