Unparalleled customer support. Stuck with this technologically illiterate old man and got me thru every problem I have encountered. Which have all been as a result of my ineptitude and nothing to do with faulty equipment.

They provide very good support, with the subscription. My first plant got off to a rocky start, but they kept up with my questions, examined my pictures and provided timely and helpful advice.

When I read the reviews on the hey abby grow box I was shocked how bad they were. I ignored them but I shouldn't have because this was the worst investment I've ever had in a while. When I received my box and carefully unwrapped it the hey abby box was damaged as pic shows on the top of the box which may have damaged main dail. I cannot register hey abby app on my phone. Doesnt keep or take password. I have to log in Ota. The door doesn't stay closed at all. Once child lock opened. Door won't close unless I slam it shut. Voice command doesn't work. This was set up correctly. Through Ota app registered my hey abby and account set up wifi and all the above things still happing. I dont know what to say or do. I guess a full refund of my $600 would be nice or a new og box shipped next day and not dropped kicked stomped or slammed. Sincerely unapologetic Lawrence Dixon 4/23/2024 In response to Abby's response. I did not get any refund nor did Klarma. they have been waiting for you to reply which you drug out so it would be over 30 days which it was not. as you clearly stated above it wasn't even 2 weeks as i reported this problem and did not receive anything....WoW people do not believe this Bulsh>>> but tricks on you because i fixed my abby and am growing now so whatever!

Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. We're truly sorry to hear about the issues you've experienced due to a shipping damage. We aim for every customer to have a seamless experience, and it's clear that your journey did not meet this standard. Regarding the shipping damage you reported on Mar 14, you confirmed the compensation plan on Mar 21, and the refund was completed on Mar 25, concluding the shipping claim to your satisfaction. We appreciate your cooperation throughout this process, and consider this case resolved based on the resolution agreed upon. Regarding the price guarantee request you sent on Mar 17, it was turned down due to it being outside our 30-day policy period. We want to emphasize that we are committed to supporting our customers within the guidelines of our established policies. We recognize the inconvenience and frustration that these issues may have caused. Your feedback is invaluable to us, as it helps us improve our products and the overall customer experience. Please don't hesitate to reach out directly for further support.

420 edition is garbage. Light weak as hell. They claim up to 6 ounces. Lies

Not sure if this is cheap Chinese crap or it’s ok. Don’t like some reviews missing parts, things never arriving and customer service no help. I think I’ll look around. I think I’m leaning towards vgrow.
