4PX the Carrier says they delivered the Box. Nope. You guys have a great idea but your shipping and stock situation is pure crap. Ridiculous shopping charges and items don't show up.
Response from heyabby.com· Jun 27, 2024
Hi Marc, Due to a mechanical failure, UPS has delayed your delivery. The tracking number and updates have been sent to you via email. As a friendly reminder, all grow box shipments are sent by UPS and are insured. When you receive the shipment, please check its condition and keep the original packaging in case a shipping damage claim needs to be filed. We understand your frustration and appreciate your patience. We'd be grateful if you could update your review once you receive your grow box. Thank you for your understanding.

Black Grow Box! Easy to install and operate. In my experience, it's a trustworthy company with fast support. There was some damage during shipping, but Hey, Abby took care of it. I haven't grown anything yet, but the Black Grow Box looks very promising; thank you, Hey Abby!

Fast, easy, shipping! The box was scuffed up and has a hole in it so I’m hoping that the machine itself is not damaged. I have yet to open it but will follow up if it is. I’d submit a picture from my Ring camera if this platform allowed me to.
