This has to be the saltiest place on the internet to purchase parts. I will never purchase a thing from this place ever again I wouldn't even tell my worst enemy to go buy something from these guys avoid this crap Parts distribution center!!!

Sir, sorry for the bad shopping experience. Is that the reason you want to return item "I ordered a starter from y'all for a friend and he already had truck fixed. " ? According to our return policy, All NON-Seller Mistake returns for refund are subject to 20% re-stocking fee and buyer should pay for the return shipping fee and handle fee.(For example,you brought wrong item or cancelled order after item was shipped). We appreciate you could understand!

My starter assy shipped fast and…
My starter assy shipped fast and arrived in new condition. I did have to enlarge the 3 mounting holes slightly, but looks and functions like factory parts. Best price around.

Poor customer service.
I paid their fee for expedited shipping and they don't make any effort to expedite the shipping process, they don't even answer the phone!
