i was deciding between 4 and 5 stars for the final rating. I’ll give it a 5 for the features that quickly reconnects you to a number if you don’t receive a code within 2-4 minutes. That really saved me and your rating. But there are still some bad numbers where the codes don’t come through

I strongly advise everyone to stay away from hero-sms . They are running a textbook advance-fee scam and holding users' deposits hostage. Here is exactly how their scam works: The Trap: On July 29, 2026, I deposited 11.15 USDT to my account via the BEP20 network. The transaction was successfully confirmed on the blockchain. The Fake Excuse: Instead of crediting my balance, customer support contacted me claiming my funds were blocked due to a fake "AML (Anti-Money Laundering) risk." The Extortion: They told me they would refund the money, BUT I had to send them an additional 0.0005 BNB from an external wallet to cover the "network fee." They wanted me to send it to this address: 0xE2384097E432bA0293b8085955686210084B28E4. The Proof of Scam: I told them to simply deduct the network fee from my 11.15 USDT deposit and send the rest back—which is standard procedure for any legitimate crypto platform. They completely refused, insisting I send them more money first. This is a classic deposit trap. Once you send the BNB, they will invent another excuse to extract even more money from you. Transaction Proof so this review cannot be removed: TxID: 0xf26e0a854d3716df5063967f9190227a170c9dea896753f69c447516ac532166 Scammer's Wallet Address: 0xE2384097E432bA0293b8085955686210084B28E4 Do not trust them. Your money will be gone.

Hello. We are sorry that you have such an impression about the work of our service. In your case, the payment did not pass AML verification by the payment provider, so funds could not be credited. A refund was offered as a solution. To make a refund, the provider indicated the need to pay a network commission of 0.0005 BNB on the BEP20 network. This requirement comes from the payment provider and is related to the specifics of the refund transaction, and is not an additional commission of our service. We understand that such a situation can cause distrust. Unfortunately, at the moment, the payment provider does not provide any other refund options. If you have any additional questions or would like to continue making a refund, please contact our support team. We will provide all available information and try to help within the available possibilities.

Attention ne mettez aucun l'argent sur le site. Vous allez payer pour quelque chose qui est en rupture de stock mais qui est annoncé seulement après que vous ayez payé.
