I bought 4 cans of curad liquid bandage…

Customer service did not resolve issue…
Customer service did not resolve issue as it was suppose to like Miss Caroline. And an gentleman ( with Indian accent ) gave an empty promise that the management would call me back, but nothing ever happened. Here are the problems that I encountered with Caroline. She did not look at my existing order, therefore her solution did not help me plus I called back to ask for her name to continue to resolve and the Indian gentleman put me through her voimail. I left her a voicemail, but never got a call back. So unproffessional and a waste of time.

The 2-day delivery package has been…
The 2-day delivery package has been ordered on May 10, 2018. It was finally delivered on May 30, 2018. One of the items was missing due to out of stock. I have sent a few e-mails to a customer service asking to credit the amount for the cancelled product. There were no reply. After two calls speaking with the sales person during a two week span ( from June 1 through June 12) I was assured the money will be credited. On June 16 with no action from the company, I went to my bank to file a complain. The bank will reimburse my money. I will look for another company to fulfill my order next time.

HerbsPro! Excellent Products, excellent service!
I have never had a problem with the service, my orders or shipping from HerbsPro. The order is shipped quickly and accurately. OnTrac is the best delivery service HerbsPro has ever used. I am disabled and they put my order inside the door. Unlike some other deliveries that put it next to my screen, so I am unable to open the door.
