I had a fantastic experience buying my Fiancé's engagement ring through Hera. I had to check in with them about the timeline and they were very respond transparent about the process. I had a trip planned for our proposal and they were unsure if the ring would be ready in time but they were willing to work with me on a backup plan if the ring needed to be shipped to our destination. It didn't end up coming to that, but I was very pleased with how communicative they were and how much they obviously cared about me as a customer.

I just picked up my ring today and words cannot express how happy I am with the final product! The entire process with Hera (and my point of contact, Mike) was seamless; from consultation to the final tweaks to the design, everything was done quickly and with great care. I cannot recommend Hera enough.

They took my inspiration pictures and notes to create my ring, and took my notes to edit the ring exactly to my preferences. They would respond within the time frame they said they would and were always professional. I highly recommend Hera.

Mike was super patient and allowed us to experiment and pick and choose as much as we want. Easy time. Picked up the rings from Gina, and she was just hyping me up. Great team.
