I dont know why so many reviews say it's a scam & how they take forever to respond. I been using Wisp for about 3 years. My friend started using it 1st and kept begging me try it and now I'm hooked. My stuff always arrives to pharmacy same day. Wisp support always respond in under 1 hour. I love it!

I contacted them for an antibiotic for a UTI. Initially they responded quickly but they prescribed me the 1 antibiotic that I specifically asked them not to. It was even a question on the intake form that they obviously don't even read. I asked them to prescribe something different and I am currently still waiting for someone to help me. It has been about 4 days now and no one will respond. I keep getting generic messages saying someone will be with me shortly, but no one ever does. This has been the worst experience. They took my money immediately, but are yet to provide any type of service.
