So happy I was told about this! I was worried it was going to be a complicated process and add stress (which is one of the things I'm trying to deal with) but...NOPE! It was great! The doctor was so friendly and understanding and knowledgeable! Thank you!

The doctor really seem to understand that I would prefer to use something like a natural gel for pain relief, rather than the injections my doctor ordered for my lower back!
