nice easy and good people

Very informative and helpful.

Amazing and very helpful doctor.

Dr. Katrina Landa was awesome.

I logged in to set a call right at 10am and was assisted within 15 min. Dr. Miller was very knowledgeable, helpful about types of products, and her friendly manner was a great bonus.

Extremely convenient, I had to wait about 20-25 minutes for the doctor (keep in mind that once you initiate the call on your smartphone, you have to keep the video chat open & might get cut off if you get an incoming phone call). Doctor was polite but firm about proper medicinal use. I left off 1 star because after 2 weeks I still haven't received my embossed card. Mitigated because HelloMD transmits the rec directly to participating dispensaries.

Great customer service, fast and very convenient. Thank you!

To the point and fast.
