Easy to talk to knowledge doctors. Process was efficient and direct. Every step of the way there was help to chat or to email or to call.

I was somewhat nervous at first but quickly realized this was totally different from traditional MD visits. Tatiana was very knowledgeable and sweet. She was professional yet it was very easy to talk and listen to her. Overall by the end of the visit via video, I was pleased.

This was the easiest recommendation I've done yet. In my case the connection was really slow, but that was likely my device. At least I didn't have to drive anywhere and wait in their office. I just did it sitting in my backyard. Technology is wonderful. Their staff and doctor were friendly and helpful. I'll use this service again.
