Dr. Lichtenstein was wonderful - very kind, caring, knowledgeable. He took the time to really listen and was very patient in recommending the various products he thought would help me the most. I am a "newbee" so he gave me some practical tips as well. The entire process took about an hour. There was always support staff to help when I got into trouble with technology. I highly recommend this company.
