Save time and download the Google Chrome app, and run HelloMD through that. I had issues trying to use Safari, and Chrome fixed it immediately. Great staff, and the MD was very polite and relaxed. Will definitely renew my prescription with HelloMD in the future!!

This was my first experience with a MM/MD. However I was pleasantly surprised, Dr. Jacquelyn Lewchalermwong was very professional given the gold rush that is going on in the MM space at the moment I didn't expect some as knowledgeable on my condition as well as suggestions for the most likely strains, method of administering and dosage that might benefit me. She took took the time to understand my concerns which I appreciate very much. If you chose to use this service, I hope you get as lucky as I did.The only annoyance was the real time chat monitoring which was more intrusive than helpful. None-the-Lees, great service, efficient, informative and fast.

Really quick and efficient service on HelloMD - the doctor I spoke with was very knowledgeable about applications with marijuana but perhaps not as knowledgeable on other health related inquiries. But with a 10 minute consultation you cannot expect them to be able to answer all your questions! solid 4/5
