It was very informative.

Easy to do and fast.

The doctor was extremely rude to me. Never use this doctor.

Doctor was great. HelloMD was slow. like they never sent me my email confirmation and then the doctor's prescription still hasnt arrived. But the doctor was understanding and helpful.

Was apprehensvie but the process was not intimiding at all. A customer service person named Ryan helped me get started. He was pleasant and polite and made sure all my questions were answered before setting my appointment. All instructions were easy to follow. I talked to a practioner names Cheryl Hoskins and she was informative and easy to talk to. Understood and listened and made recommendations based on information that I provided.

My doctor was great, she took the time to answer my questions and explain the different options I would have and what might work best for me.

Dr Sharon Olson was very helpful. She took her time with me and answered all my questions . She then sent me a printed copy of everything we talked about
