I thought both the doctor and the support technician who helped me were great. The doctor was easy to talk with, knowledgeable, friendly and interested in helping me. I was very comfortable with her and appreciated her professionalism and friendliness. She offered me very useful advice as well as useful things to watch out for. This was greatly appreciated because with all the hype and hope about pot, It is hard to find a doctor who is willing to talk about cannabis for 65 year olds, so the fact that the doctor spent extra time talking with me about my medical conditions and effects made an important difference to me. I don't want to get stoned. I want to feel well enough to live a good life. My own family doctor, who I love, is precluded from prescribing medical marijuana by her host organization and she is not able to help me there. The HelloMD website was easy to follow and I could do all that was asked with a minimum of difficulty. If I had any trouble, there was immediate help on the chat. The technician who connected us for the video chat was very knowledgeable, very polite, and very nice.
