Ii just visited Dr. Arthur Gresen online. Totally a fascinating experience. The doctor was kind and straight forward. Totally not a hassle. Setting up the video chat software was reasonable, but you need to have some web/computer chops to figure out what to do. I think some of the IT could be smoothed out. Overall fast and simple.
