I was on accutane for the standard protocol and I had no problems at all. I just finished my treatment. If I had any issues or questions they responded fairly quickly. I would recommend this to anyone who had any problems with acne or their skin.

The staff at clear health are phenomenal. The doctors are knowledgeable and the office staff is very professional. They go above and beyond to help you, including with nightmare insurance. Taylor, and everyone else I have spoken to there, are true professionals.

I don't have anything negative to say about my experience. It was quick, easy, results have been very slow but I am still happy overall with the fast service.

Wanted to like them. I did Everything they needed ...2 months of blood work...urine work that I have to drive 30+ minutes for just for them to deny me right before they sent the prescription know why? THEY ACCESSED MY MEDICAL INFORMATION ILLEGALLY. I don't care if my leg is cut off this is about my acne and not being pregnant. No other information was ever needed.

We take patient privacy and HIPAA compliance very seriously and never access or share medical information without proper consent. As with any medical facility, obtaining records requires a signed release form, and patients must provide accurate and complete health information so our medical team can safely proceed with care. Our team thoroughly reviews with each patient the requirements needed to move forward with treatment. If essential health information is not provided during the evaluation, we cannot proceed in accordance with clinical guidelines and safety standards. These safeguards go beyond iPledge requirements and are in place to protect the health and well-being of every patient we serve. I’ve been using HelloClearHealth for a while without issue, but my most recent experience was really disappointing. They didn’t ship my package for over two weeks. To their credit, they reimbursed me for the month which I appreciated. However, when the package finally shipped, it was delivered to my old address despite my request to update my shipping information as I had already moved. This was PRIOR to shipping, and they had confirmed this change BEFORE shipment. As a result, I never received the package. I reached out multiple times but didn’t get a response for about a week. It wasn’t until I asked to cancel my subscription that they finally responded, and even then, they didn’t acknowledge the shipping issue at all! Overall, I expected better communication and accountability from a service I had trusted for so long.

We’re sorry to hear that your most recent experience didn’t meet expectations. We did issue you a full reimbursement for the month as soon as there was a delay with your shipment, and we agree that’s the right thing to do. However, to clarify for others reading: we only ship medication when a patient confirms their shipping address and payment. Once a package leaves our pharmacy, we don’t have the ability to reroute it unless the carrier allows it. That’s why we always recommend patients double-check the address on file before confirming an order. We also offer the option to pick up medication at a local pharmacy if preferred, and many of our patients choose that route for added flexibility. If there’s ever a breakdown in communication, we take full accountability and we’re always available via email to help resolve any open issues. We appreciate your past trust and hope you’ll give us another chance in the future.
