They are very fast when shipping their products. They make sure you know exactly what you are getting and when you should expect it. Been a patient for almost 6 months now, and honestly I have never been disappointed. Doctors respond very fast to questions and elaborate on their explanation.

I am so pleased with the services of Alpha medical. During this pandemic, it was difficult for me to get birth control through my main provider. I came across Alpha’s ad and everything was smooth from there. I got my pills within the week of ordering them and it was extremely affordable. 10/10 recommend!

My initial experience with alpha was pretty good. I contacted them on May 17th to get a refill of my asthma and anxiety medication. The asthma medicine prescription was called in right away to a local pharmacy- great! A few days went by and I had no news of my anxiety medication being sent, so I contacted them, and was told a system error kept my medicine from being sent. They sent a partial prescription out, 1 of the 2 bottles for the dosage, and it arrived around May 30th. Not the best, but fine. I was wondering where the rest of my medication was but figured it was on the way. Since Thursday I've been trying to get in touch with alpha with no response to find out where the rest of my medication is, because I will be out on Monday. I'm extremely disappointed because I contacted them with enough time to fill my prescription where I would not run out, but will be left without medication that can cause serious withdrawal effects if doses are skipped.

My nurse practitioner was very kind and didn’t feel like i was talking to a robot or she was just telling me what she tells everyone. and it was fairly easy to use.

I’m not real happy with having an unmarked car delivering my prescription to my house I thought it was being delivered by the United States Postal Service? It makes me very uncomfortable that my prescription is being handled like that.

SCAM!!!!! This company is quick to take your money and then provide NOTHING in return! Not only could I have googled the information they provided me! They recommended I be evaluated by a medical provider elsewhere and then provide them with their heath recommendations so they could fill a prescription for me! Basically, pay Alpha for nothing and then go pay for a REAL Dr.s visit elsewhere! Don’t fall for it like I did! They say they will only refund me $15.
