I’ve always had trouble with in-person doctors, because I’ve never gotten the quality of treatment that I needed. When I started using Alpha Medical, all of my immediate concerns were dealt with in a very timely manner, and I was able to obtain possession of medication I’ve needed for a while. I think I will always use Alpha Medical!

If I could rate 0 stars, I would. DO NOT BUY FROM ALPHA MEDICAL!! I made a first-time order and because of unfortunate circumstances had to cancel before 24 hours and while my order was still processing. I've sent countless emails and messages trying to get them to cancel and refund me my money and they never got back to me until AFTER the order had shipped and said it was too late to ask for a refund when I was already asking for a refund less than 12 hours after I submitted my order. On top of that, I got charged $50 for an emergency contraceptive I never ordered. Nobody is acknowledging me and they just keep ignoring my messages or shoving them away with a "you cancelled too late" response (when their cancellation policy states that they can't cancel after they ship the which, of course, they managed to conveniently wait for so it seemed like it was my fault for not cancelling sooner). They're thieves!
