So reliable and helpful getting my asthma medication. Highly recommend.

On multiple occasions Alpha has been severely inconsistent and inconveniencing to me. The lastest inconsistency being Alpha not responding to my Support ticket stating my disappointment with their customer service. On June 21, 2020, I stated it was the last day of my prescription - therefore I would lapsing the very next day. I was then contacted by two different representatives to request IF I would like this prescription sent to my local pharmacy and WHICH pharmacy I would like this to be shipped to. Not only is my local pharmacy on file, but if I was at risk of lapsing there should have been no question as to if I wanted this prescription sent. BEST practice would have been to respond with the prescription has been filled at my local pharmacy on file - so that I would not miss TWO days of the prescription. Which would then have me experiencing unnecessary side effects. Alpha has failed to uphold their contractual agreement of ensuring the wellbeing and mental health of their patient is met. Every month since I started Alpha my prescription has not been delivered on time. The simplest of tasks would be to ensure communication with the client is prompt and the client does not have even more anxiety about if the prescription will arrive on time to prevent lapsing. This is very unprofessional and I will be speaking with an account representative for a FULL REFUND.

Alpha Medical helped out tremendously in a difficult time. I strongly recommend the mental health program if you are having difficulty seeing someone in person due to covid / difficulty getting an apt. I would give 5 stars but the mobile site is a little wonky and there have been challenges as far as communication here and there based on that
