I had an issue with billing (my fault for asking to switch plans after purchase) and their team was so incredibly helpful and attentive through the whole process. Could not have asked for better customer service. The consultation was incredible fast, efficient, and my medication was shipped out almost immediately. When it arrived it was in a beautifully packaged and branded box and they even included an adorable free task mask. Not to mention they took my insurance, so my medication cost was covered, and the cost of a yearly prescription was so affordable! I can’t say enough good things about Alpha Medical!

My birth control came 4 days late. That meant that i had to restart my system and was off of my medication for 4 days. This is a medication that seriously effects your emotions and hormone levels. It was pretty inconvenient and I now get to experience serious fluctuations in my mood and emotions, as well as anxiety. I love the service but I really just want to get my medications in time, even if it means not getting a cute little freebie or letter about how im an appreciated member. While i like those things, i would rather get my medication either right on time, or even early so that i dont have to be thrown out of my system. I hope this gets better.
