I have no complaints. The staff is incredibly friendly and they're always willing to work with you, and the online consultations are a quick and easy way to help figure out what next steps you need to take for your physical and mental health. The birth control is reasonably priced and always gets to me on time so I have no missed days. I think the only thing I'd change is having more options as far has the types of birth control, because as far as I know they only offer the pill

Soooo this is my first time using them....but they didnt leave a good impression. They say 24 hours, but it usually happens sooner. Dont bet on that. It's coming up on 24 hours and my visit is still under review. I have anxiety and minutes are like hours and hours are like days to me. The entire process is so impersonal. I had health but they were so limited on anxiety meds they could prescribe me so I stopped using them. If i knew it would be this long to even get a response i would go through my regular psych.

I had an easy and painless experience with alpha. They didnt treat me like I was making things up, and actually listened to what was wrong. I just got my medication to start today. Overall I had a very good experience. Its still early on, but as of right now I'd say that alpha will be my go to for my mental nd general health in the future.
