So I have debilitating major depression and generalized anxiety (with some social anxiety thrown in), and it has been extremely difficult to call to make dr. Appts (phone anxiety). Due to severe fatigue and lack of motivation, even if I managed to make an appt, I usually wouldn't go. Alpha Medical has been a godsend for me. I've only used the mental health part, but they have worked with me changing meds, and asking a lot of questions, etc. Best part? I didn't have to make a phone call, or set up an appt for over a month away (when I can't predict if I'm going to have energy or motivation to even make it there). I was able to get treatment within one day (I think), and they send my script to my local pharmacy. I researched quite a few telehealth sites, and am so grateful I found Alpha. A lot of ppl might not like how your just text chatting for a lot of issues, but due to my anxiety, it is PERFECT for me! While it would make it better if they accepted Medicaid insurance, for now I don't mind paying the $45 every 3 months for mental health treatment. I really wish other companies would follow in Alphas footsteps! Thank you!

This has been the most helpful place I have encountered. They were fast and efficient. I highly recommend it.

I was looking for a new provider for my pills and chose this company because of prices and reviews. I was happy with the process and ordered a 3 month supply. That was a week ago, when I still had about a week and a half to go on my current regiment. After my order was completed, I got an email saying I should expect a shipping confirmation within 24 hours and expect my pills between 3-5 business days. 4 days later, I emailed them to ask where my shipping confirmation was. I was then sent a tracking number that had been issued THAT day (4 days after order) and that the USPS was still waiting for the package. It's now over 3 days after the post office generated that tracking number and it STILL says "Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item" I didn't even mention that that pharmacy they decided to go with is in California and I'm in Florida. The post office doesn't even have my pills yet and I'm 4-5 shipping days away. There's no way I'll get my pills on time for me to start my next cycle, let alone within 3-5 business days. I'll be lucky to get them by this time next week. When I emailed them today, instead of valid customer service and solutions, their respose was "the pharmacy had a delay because of a power outage" unless that power outage was a week long (in which case, they should have instantly gone with another pharmacy for their customers' sakes) this is at best a weak excuse for incompetence. I will NOT use this service again and I urge anyone who needs something in a timely manner to avoid them, too.

No one ever talked to me. I took an online “quiz” and this was deemed sufficient to understand my issue. I feel like my current situation was ignored or minimized. Very strange interaction as it was almost like I was interacting with a chatbot. Avoid.

They have been extremely helpful since I joined in July! They are quick with their responses and I’ve been able to receive my medication at an affordable price.
