So far, I am very pleased with Alpha Medical. I answered some questions about my mental health, paid a VERY reasonable service fee and got an email from my new doctor within 24 hours. She included my results from the medical questions and suggested treatment options. I was given a say in what medication I would start and I was offered several links for reading material about my condition and self care guides. My prescription arrived just a few days after my initial inquiry. I've received more communication during this process with Alpha than my mother receives from her doctors office here in the town we live in. Way to raise the bar, Alpha! :)

It doesn't seem ethical that medications are being prescribed to people with only a 10 minute assessment.
