Great Company!

I like that the nurse was very informative.

Very great set up. I had a consult, then agreed to take medication and received my medication in 4 days. I asked for the itemized bill so I can submit for reimbursement to my insurance copy and they gave it right away. All my questions were answered and they were very quick and detailed including other medical advise about my health. I will definitely see how this works for the next 3 months and hopefully it will work.

Twice they sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy

I never got a notification that my subscription was expiring and ended up getting a week behind on my pills because I didn’t have any. That was a few months back... This is now time to start my second three month pack and it was sent out late for some reason I’m not sure and on a holiday weekend so even though I was suppose to start my birth control on Sunday, it wasn’t even delivered until Monday (again a holiday) and I have a PO Box so even if I wanted, it wouldn’t have been in there until today. However because it’s a package and I worked today I was unable to pick it up until tomorrow (now 4 days post when I was suppose to start) and my hormones are crazy, giving me headaches and making me nauseous. So I would really appreciate y’all being more aware of holiday weekends and getting my pack out sooner because every time I go a few days without it, it’s always hell getting my body back on the pill and regulated. I get so nauseous and headaches like crazy. Please be more aware.

No one ever got back to me....did take payment though

Total time to get a provider to review case and get me a script was 11 days.
