I was worried whether this company was legit or not but I’m glad I tried it. They make it really easy to get the medication I need since I don’t have insurance and a physical primary doctor that I can go to. They are generally pretty quick and responding and they always make sure to refill my prescriptions so that I don’t run out.

I've had some issues... some resulted in me going over a week after my actual start date without my next month's pills resulting in over a week of no protection. Obviously being a responsible adult I managed but that is besides the point. The purpose of having a subscription is to have the worry and stress free experience with your BC delivered right to your door.

Seems like their customer service isn't communicating well via the messages in app. Otherwise it's a good service, even with the communication errors.

The services provided were excellent, my prescribing doctor was attentive to my questions, considerate of my preferences, and respectful of my therapist's recommendations regarding my mental health care.

It has been two weeks of using Alpha medical and I am extremely unhappy with the level of care I have received. I had to pull teeth to get critical medication and they sent it to the incorrect pharmacy. The person I was dealing with also had pretty lackluster bedside manner and overall did not seem to care. It is super jarring to see something like this from a company that provides mental health resources
