Hello AlphaReviews of helloalpha.com

I signed up and paid the $30 review fee. They say that someone will review within 24 hours. A week later, I heard nothing and requested a refund. They refused to provide a refund and till this day, three weeks later, I have never received a consultation, call...nothing. The only message that I received is saying they cannot refund my money. I paid the $30 for nothing. I think the other reviews are fake. The number on the website goes to a voice mail that is not professional. The address is a mailing service. This company is fake. Do not believe the reviews. If you look at comments on social media, there are more people like me that got scammed!

I have nothing but good things to say about the hello alpha company. They have been great to me. My doctor and everyone else involved have been awesome and very nice people. The website layout is easy to understand and navigate. Whenever I do my health assessments, I'm always asked only the necessary questions and have never felt like my privacy has been invaded. Everyone is very professional and they are a great alternative to in-person doctor appointments, especially right now during this pandemic. Plus, they also offer other helpful programs that their patients can participate in if they choose to. Thank you to my doctors and everyone else involved in helping me be the best version of myself! I highly recommend!!

This is seriously the best resource for those struggling with mental health issues. I ended up finding out a lot about my mental state that I was always brushing off as “others have it worse”. I’ve ended up also ordering my birth control through Alpha and have been looking at their skin care as well. I’ve already recommended Alpha to a few friends when they mentioned some of their own issues they wanted help with. Everything comes in the mail, and there’s no hassle! I would give 10 stars if I could!
