There was an issue with my insurance company not allowing more than 1 month to be dispensed at a time and Alpha Medical handled it promptly and got my medicine to me I'm a timely manner. The whole process was much easier than I expected.

Not a lot of patient instruction - I received no info on how to give myself a shot, precautions for my medication, things to watch for, etc.

I receive 2 type of items from Alpha (Latisse and facial cleansing) I just want to hold off on the cleansing, since I have some left. I love the Latisse! The facial cleansing routine is not really working for me. I would like to see what is being sent to me when you send out the shipment email....maybe mention what is being sent.

I'm forced to leave a bad review here to warn others and possibly get attention for my case. I received a prescription and needed to change the payment method to insurance, this apparently generated an error in their system so severe and intractable it took them a whole week to resolve! Now they claimed to have fixed the issue but I still have no clarity on if and when I will be receiving my medication. They consistently refuse to answer questions or provide ETAs and ordinarily take DAYS to respond to support inquiries through their messaging system, this is simply unacceptable in a healthcare service. There is no sense of urgency and no customer support that will attempt to make patients whole again (for example by providing expedited service and shipping when they're at fault). You will be left holding the bag! Update: After this review I was sent a message promising that everything would be fixed and I would have my medication overnighted to me, this was a lie. Instead, I am being sent the wrong medication and it won't be until tomorrow, nearly two weeks after I ordered my refill, that the medication will be arriving. Buyer beware!
