I really appreciated that my doctor took time to listen to why I wanted the medication, as opposed to just rubber stamping one that might not work for me. I had it in my hands soon after. I'm happy I found Alpha! Edit: The 1 star was an error :)

The packages keep coming hot not refridgerated at all I have had to discard 2 shipments

Dr.s are not only the best they are compassionate and their support staff is second to none. Very helpful in getting you the medication when you need it.

I paid $50 for a prescription and $30 for the visit. The prescription was supposed to be shipped within 4 to 5 business days. They received all of my money in full, sent me an e-mail that my prescription had shipped but it had no tracking link when I tried to open it. They sent me another e-mail after that stating that they were having problems with the compounding pharmacy and that they did not know when I would receive my prescription, They did no offer a refund for the prescription and said that the $30 visit charge was non refundable, even though they were unable to fill the prescription that the visit was about. I still have no product, and am out $80. They offered no solution other than to say they are working on it. Very poor customer service.

Was matched with a provider and had my meds delivered within just a few days. Everything put through insurance and haven’t had to do anything else. Let me know what was happening as it was being processed. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent service during my first experience. The messaging page is a little clunky, but other than that I am very satisfied.
