The providers are excellent. The service is convenient and reasonably priced. Their pharmacy is horrific! I use for asthma. I was prescribed 2 inhalers a month. The Alpha pharmacy has screwed this up twice now. Not only did the send only 1 inhaler, (which they charged me 75.00 for), but the also sent the WRONG medication. Even after I did my part the last time and followed up to make sure the correct medication would be sent. Highly recommend their providers for their ease of use and knowledge but save yourself aggravation and do NOT use their pharmacy! If they continue to screw up something as easy as inhalers, imagine what they will do with other medications.

Everything was really easy to do and did not take long at all. I felt that I was fully evaluated and the copay was not too bad either. Everything went very quickly and it was way easier than getting an appointment at my doctor’s office.
