i am really liking the experience so far. I do wish the responses were slightly faster, but no real complaints! Questions are answered well, very friendly.

I appreciate that my time wasn't wasted by false representations of tricking me into multiple visits& a ridiculously long list of lab tests for me to go do just for increased profits. Alpha is straightforward! Thats rare to find anymore.

I was charged for a prescription after it was sent to my pharmacy as I requested. This resulted in receiving double charges. Update: the customer service team took care of the issue within 24 hours and refunded me. They were very responsive and quick to address the issue.
