I could not be more happier with Alpha. They ordered tests that my regular physician would not and actually gave me the results. Timely responses and very friendly.

I received a notification that the partner compounding pharmacy for the skin care products was having technical issues and was not able to fill my prescription. And that is OK however, the Alpha support person that reached out to ask about an alternative gave me two choices I could either get my prescription changed to regular tretinoin and get it filled at my local pharmacy or I was specifically given another option that said I could get my same prescription sent to a local compounding pharmacy. However, when I stated this that I wanted to get my same prescription at a compounding pharmacy, I was told that that wasn’t an option even though I have the screenshot that has Word for Word that it was an option. So it takes so long to go back-and-forth, because responses are not immediate just to not even get straight answers. Why do I pay for this? How long is this going to go on?? There should be consistency when helping customers otherwise it creates a very frustrating experience when different people from the same company are telling you different things.
