Total scam! Take your money then don’t deliver the item

The only reason I gave one star is because I can’t give NONE. Item ordered before Xmas 2021. ‘Tracking number’ is total BS. Item never delivered/arrived. Helkay promised to refund “within 10 days” Nothing received. Ended up getting a refund through PayPal. My advice is DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING THROUGH HELKAY. THEY ARE DISHONEST.

It's a scam. Always delivers to the wrong address. Will kindly reship until the clock runs out. Don't get taken.
