Customer service was very responsive and helpful when i told them my package was missing. They resend the product very quickly.

Thank you for your feedback. Was there a problem with your order specifically? The "Value Play" HECOstix are discounted 50% off the regular price because, although they're brand new, they may have minor cosmetic blemishes that don't impact the performance of the product itself. We have never received a review of this kind so it would be helpful to understand exactly what the issue was.

What an amazing tool! Love our HecoSTIX! I think it’s such a valuable tool to develop hand-eye coordination! Thank you! Oh, one more thing… I was watching the Australian Open and the next match the announcers said would be a Djokovic one. I see him doing stretching and in the background, what should I see but HecoSTIX?! I couldn’t believe my eyes. Here is possibly the best player in the world using this tool! This is now part of our routine.

HECOstix is a great cognitive web sight to use to find innovative training ideas! I enjoy using their products with my athletes because the products work, are different and fun to use! I like training different!!!

I love our Hecostix! I use it to help my hand eye coordination and it is just plain old fun! I am 66 years old, and I feel like it is helpful to me for pickleball and life in general. It can be used by oneself or with many people. I purchased several for family members this holiday season! Great product.
