Do not order from this company. Ordered these 11 days ago. Have heard absolutely nothing from them. I don't believe they have anyone working customer service as I have sent them messages several times in the past few days. Will probably just do a charge back on my credit card.

Just got my order from Heasouls! Using it for 5 days now and I can hear clearly my professor and I can easily answer their questions. My mom tried it as well and she want a pair. Will order again from this store.

This is actually a good hearing aid. They are great alternative to my expensive ones. The only reason why me and my wife decided to try it is because we return if if we are not happy. I have a mild hearing loss and sometimes its really severe. So the cic hearing aid helps a lot when i am having both severe and mild hearing aid. Would not say more about the product, i have to experience it for a longer time so that i can put a more sound review.

As with a few other people that are dissatisfied, these hearing aids are a joke, a scam. They amplify everything! They do not block any background noise out whatsoever. When I walk on a hardwood floor, you would think I had on army boots...way way too loud. Totally dissatisfied, I believe I have been scammed. Trying to get the company to get back to you in next to impossible. However Lizz did get back to me after many attempts. She said, that I can get my money back once they receive the hearing aids back to them in China,,, and assess them. Then if they feel I am worthy, they say they will give back my money.... However, I have to pay the freight back to Chine.. from Canada. Sooo, if you want my opinion, do NOT buy these just to get scammed

My mom really liked it. She was able to hear loud and clear while wearing this hearing aids. The packaging is good and delivery is faster than expected. Also, I've reached out to the customer service representative about the proper use of this hearing aids, and they are very responsive. Highly recommended to those having a problem with hearing
