Excessive Shipping Cost
There is something wrong with your charging $12 to ship an $8 purchase, especially when the item could have been mailed in a letter sized envelop for the cost of a postage stamp.

Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item HOPKINS, MN 55343 April 15, 2024, 4:24 pm How you will estimate, ir your Company for 10 days only prepare Shipping Label and nothing else ???? I make many times call by phone to your Company and can't rich anyone ???? only messages ????

I am sorry you are frustrated. We have explained that this is a special order product, waiting at our distributer. We gave them the label and once the product comes in it is ready to go!
