I made a mistake in ordering. The company reached out to me and told me that the charger I ordered would not fit my hearing aids and refunded me.

I am really looking forward to getting my new-to-me hearing aids. I think it is fantastic to have a place to get pre-owned hearing aids not just for the savings, but to keep from turning a valuable device into just another piece of electronic trash. And their service has been fantastic! Very friendly and attentive, and the communication has very responsive through email and phone. I felt like they cared about helping me find a device that would help me, and helping me through the process of getting my first hearing aids, it's a bit of a learning curve. I would highly recommend them!
