I stand by my original post on 9/13/23 giving your company only 1 star. If I could I would give your company a zero. Yes I had 45 days to ask for a refund. In that time I went through 4 tips trying to get it right. I gave your company the benefit of constantly trying to get it right. In your response on 9/19, you stated that the tips don't have to be replaced every 3 months. This is what your technician told me. The reason I was given a 7 day extension to the 45 days was because after only 2 weeks the one hearing aids stopped working and could not be fixed and your technician had to order a new one and it took over a week to get it. As I stated, I gave your company every chance and by the way, the 4th tip isn't working either. It continually works its way out of the ear canal.

Roberta, thank you for taking the time to voice your concerns. We are sorry to learn about your negative experience with your new hearing aids. As I mentioned in my last reply, we cannot accept returns after the 45-day trial has ended. If you are still experiencing trouble with your hearing aids, please schedule another appointment with your provider to make additional adjustments. All the best! -Sami, Customer Success Team
