What? That used to be my favorite word, yes i knew my hearing was off, but like most men i thought it would be ok, news flash , it did get better with some help. I finally listened to my wife and went and got a appointment with the hearing doctor, moderate to severe hearing loss from 40 years of working on construction sites.i saw an add for hear.com and gave them a call, i went in and to tell you the truth if not for my wife being there i would not have know what the tech said, but after the closed room hearing test, and picking out the in ear hearing aids i liked, a little pricey but it made the transition easier on my mind,lol, waited 2 weeks for them to be custom made to my ear canals and Wow, i can hear! I put them in, and i could hear Gus speaking without trying to read his lips, they are great! I am sorry i waited so long, can hear the tv, radio and birds chirping in the morning. I added that last part because i like to garden and haven"t hear a bird in years . One of the best investments i have ever made, Kind courteous, and professional, with the products that make your hearing loss better, a total win for me, should have done it sooner,jim

Kellie is a very knowledgeable professional who did an excellent job of diagnosing my complex hearing issues. The devices she recommended have solved my problems, not the least of which is having my spouse repeat nearly everything she said to me! I couldn't be happier with the service. My previous hearing aids, supplied by ENT doctor, had been poorly fitted to my problems. I never thought I would hear this well in my "declining years"!

Stacy has done an awesome job helping me to adjust to totally new technology! She is very skilled at her job and has a very engaging personality, I enjoy working with her! Also, I have never in my 58 years of wearing hearing aids been as happy with the improvement in my hearing as I am with the current aids.

Very knowledgeable people who were genuinely trying to be helpful. I had confidence in everyone I talked to. I am delighted with my new hearing aids. They work better than I expected!
