Ms Massey is a very professional and knowledegable hearing specialist. From the wax vacuuming through the test, to the first trial fitting went very well. Then when my hearing aids arrived she went through the installing in the ears and setting to my satisfaction step by step. I am very well satisfied with the product and service would recommend to anyone, anytime.

I Was/am very happy with the service I received from Ann Plotnick. Very thorough and insistent that we perform many trial and error tests at her office as well as "in the field" to ensure that my hearing aids were adjusted to give me the best possible result/experience. Too, throughout this process her demeanor and attitude always exhibited a true desire to get it right. NEVER did I feel rushed or made to feel like I was being to picky or a bothersome client, which I most assuredly was/am. I would strongly encourage anyone to give Ann the opportunity to help them recapture a significant aspect of their life they likely have forgotten existed. My experience and satisfaction was simply beyond excellent. The sales consultant, Alexis Weiss and the Sound Advice Audio Specialist, Richard Quartermain were both true professionals in all facets of the technology, products, and workings of all equipment. They met all my needs, answered all my questions and provided me with the best product(s) suited for my hearing loss issues and provided me with a overall better quality of life as I continue the aging process. I would want both individuals on my team and to represent me and the corporation!!! One (1) device failed in less than a month. The provider is in the process of sending it back. But in the interim I’m without the unit I paid for, for several days this is not a positive experience. The other unit seems to be loosing clarity and not responding as advertised. I have 16 days left to get a refund . Hopefully I can be convinced that your products will work. The provider has been fine but the product is less than described and hope for.

The best hearing aids I have used to improve my ability to have a conversation without having to ask for people to repeat what they are trying to tell me. I can now talk on the phone and listen to TV understanding every word spoken. They are easy to care for and having no batteries requiring changes is a plus in my book. Also their agents are friendly and always available should I require some assistance. I would recommend my Signia Hearing Aids to anyone who is having hearing problems.
