After having other brands of hearing…
After having other brands of hearing aids the Hear.com aids are the clearest and most comfortable that I have ever used. The hearing exam was done in the comfort my home and online. Hear.com is the extremely customer friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They made it easy to get everything done in an efficient manner at a reasonable price.

When it comes to Excellent hear.com and Hear USA has it. Should be 10 Star rating. Melanie Ruiz is awesome,she calls all the time, wanting to know how my hearing Aids are doing in detail. No short calls. Fun to talk to. Has all the answers to any questions I have. If you get hearing Aids from hear.com Ask for Melanie Ruiz. I bought Horizon AX hearing Aids. High dollar but well worth it, there Awesome,l wear mine at least 14 hrs a day since second day. Clarity and sound are way better than I expected. Thank You Hear.Com. especially Melanie Ruiz.

A Company that Cares
I found the level of customer service to be exceptional. Like many older people I was reluctant to admit that I needed hearing aids. When I made contact with hear.com I was treated with respect and understanding. The hearing professional they sent me to was extremely competent and helpful. To be able to have an audiogram and get the hearing aids programmed and ready in one visit was excellent! The hearing aids themselves are wonderful. I am hearing so much more clearly and the fact that they are controlled by my smartphone is a real plus.
