Student service representative, Farzeen Basharat, was very thorough in explaining how to successfully complete the Medical Assistant Boot camp. Farzeen answered all my questions & prepared me on what to expect.

Great support team answered all my questions very smoothly. I highly appreciate all the help which I received from HTA!

I recently attended an orientation for the Surgical Technology course with Farzeen, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience! The Zoom session was quick, concise, and incredibly informative. Farzeen addressed most of my questions right away, demonstrating a deep understanding of the course material and structure. I particularly appreciated that when there was one question she couldn't answer on the spot, she assured me she would find the information later. Her dedication to ensuring we have all the resources we need really stood out. What truly impressed me was how approachable Farzeen was—she even left her phone number for any follow-up questions regarding the course online settings. This level of support made me feel confident that I'm in good hands as I embark on this journey. I feel more equipped and excited about starting the course. If you're considering the Surgical Technology program, I highly recommend attending an orientation with Farzeen! Thank you for making this initial step so seamless and welcoming! An update on my experience: just a few hours after our orientation, Farzeen called me to address my question about future clinical placements in my area. She was timely and thorough, which made me feel really at ease about the logistics ahead. Plus, I was delighted to receive access to my online classes and e-book on the very same day! Overall, I'm feeling optimistic and excited about where this journey will take me. Thank you, Farzeen and the team, for such a smooth start—it’s been so good so far!

Very knowledgeable and helpful

My career service session with miss zoya was fantastic. She quickly resolved my issue and was friendly

My orientation with Adarsh Kumar was really informative. He went through the entire process of what I need to do in the program. I really appreciated his help.

Aafia was my student service representative! When I tell you she was the best I mean it. She was so nice and helpful with any questions I had. I appreciated how kind and patient she was with me during the orientation. She clarified everything you need to know in order to begin and what to expect during and after !!

This is a fraud school, they promised you too many things once you enroll and you pay with your money everything is fraud I paid $2700 the total of the class the course in advance with my credit card. I finish the course I took the exam I do not pass the exam because what I got in the classes it was very basic. The exam is a real exam is very hard. This exam is for people with experiences as Surgery Tech is the same as asking a kindergarten kid to take a high school test. I called his school ask them to prepare me better so I can take another exam. They told me that that’s it. They have nothing else for me and also if I went to take The exam again I have to pay for my package, before they told me they will prepare really well so I can pass the exam or once because they’re the ones that pay for it and they’re not gonna want to pay twice or three times the exam, now they say that I have to pay from my package and they are not willing to prepare me better for that heard exam this school is a fraud school, if you are reading this, please do not in rolled yourself in this school they going to steal your money they not going to give you a career, don’t do it.
