Felt forced, didn't feel comfortable
I was not satisfied with having to make changes with providers, and wasn't happy with what the plan was offering. It felt like I was being forced to accept the plan.

There was no pressure. The questions were ran Berry slow and carefully.

The lady that helped me was wonderful…
The lady that helped me was wonderful she answered all my questions and hooked me up with a plan that works for me and I appreciate everything that she did for me.

Both people were very good about going…
Both people were very good about going through everything and explained really awesome. Didn't really have to ask many questions it was explained well. Enjoyed them alot.

Ryan was very knowledgable and easy to discuss the health insurance with. He took the time to answer all my questions and was very personable. He gave me his direct number to call him anytime I had a question. I enjoyed doing business with him.
