Too many repeat questions
Too many repeat questions. Whole process is cumbersome/repetitive. Just offer it and leave it at that. Not (3) three sections of select quote offerings. JESUS!!!

The person I spoke to was very easy to…
The person I spoke to was very easy to talk with and very informative. I felt heard and there was no pressure just good information. It is nice to know there are recourses available if needed.
