What made the experience great was connecting with diverse people. But it could have been made better with more speakers and relevant topics. Also, major disappointment- it was advertised as fully funded but the flight cost does not even cover my one way flight from India. Also, paying additional 50 euros at the registration desk was not expected for a fully funded delegate. It is misleading.

The interactive group sessions. Although I would suggest more of them, this would give participants more opportunity to speak and share their ideas as opposed to solely listening. Additionally bringing in more young speakers/change makers to speak. Maybe including dinner to the package too.

I would have like that you give us more time to do the forms for speeches, most of the people was traveling when you send the forms. Apart from that I’m really happy with my experience thank you very much

It has been my first event with HISA and I truly enjoyed it to the fullest. The organisation programme, accommodation and the meals were provided with a great quality. Additionally, the trip to the French Parliament was a unique experience. Nevertheless, the speeches provided by the politicians and organisers in the Parliament were hard to bear. On the other side, the youth leaders speeches were very touching and moving. I wish to come back the next year.

Thank you very much for the 3 days of excitement. I really enjoyed all the segments and got to connect with so many people. I have one room for improvement, which is the organization and the communication with delegates needs to be better, It felt reactive rather than proactive.

I love networking with everyone. As a student, listening to the others is very important for ne, and I got to learn a lot, not only in my career path, but an important slice of life. But I would suggest one thing. I love to see 15 delegates been chose to speak. But I would suggest to go have a quick reflective session, to give anyone a minutes, to share their own experience through the program. Like could choose 2 or 3 person adter each session, to let everyone have the chance

Good location picking, but the substance of the activities and some of the speakers and the overall organisation is much looser than advertised and for the money some of the participants pay.
