----- Thank you for the review! Exactly: using hDrop during activities performed at different exercise intensities makes it possible to see how sweat rate, fluid loss, and sweat sodium concentration change under different training conditions. As you rightly pointed out, completing multiple tests over time, across different intensities and conditions, helps build a more complete personal sweat profile and provides more useful data for refining an individual hydration strategy.

After meeting the Hdrop team in Chamonix and trying out the Hdrop sensor, me and my wife were impressed with the amount of data it provided. It’s very easy to use and the information and data fields on the App are easy to understand. We now have one and use it most days to measure our real time fluid and sodium loss. It’s going to be a very valuable resource for training and race day hydration planning.
