As expected for the cheapest price I could find

This company gave me an invalid tracking number. They won’t return my emails or calls, I did speak to someone on the phone a few weeks ago so I thought this was a real company. I don’t know what is going on. I think this is a scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Charged my credit card two weeks ago. No contact at all. No tracking number. Site still lists as order processing. Tried to call the so called customer service line 20 times no answer. Finally got a voicemail on the last one but box is full and you can’t even leave a message. No response to email yet either.

Updated: Upon asking to cancel my order, HDO did send my order priority. I won't order again, but it is not a scam, just an apparently overwhelmed business. Ordered on Jan 10 and they charged my card. Then nothing...no status emails, etc. I logged in and it shows the order pending for 3 WEEKS because they are overwhelmed. Starting to think this is a scam.

Great product and price, quick delivery, smooth ordering process.

I haven't received my order yet since December 27 2018 and still the tracking number says pre label since a week ago
