Personal attention to my questions and needs is outstanding.
Delivery of my ordered items is excellent. I like the fact that I can view and order my incontinence items on line, as well as talk to someone in person when I have questions.

Outstanding products and excellent service equals satisfaction
I don't believe anyone should be apprehensive about ordering from HDIS. They help those in need like someone in the family. The need to wear diapers or any of the wide selection of incontinence products available is always a deep concern. HDIS people have a knack at assuring their customers that it's okay and there are millions of us out here in the same boat. "Ya gotta love 'em!"

Great product, but costly!
This is a good product, but being on an limited budget I had to find a cheaper product.

Sample pack
I liked getting the sample pack, hated the phone call! I am totally in over my head learning to take care of my totally incontinent mother and had a phone call berating me for not charting how each diaper worked! I hate pushy salespeople.
