I ordered a sample package so long ago that I had forgotten the order. I am now monitoring my credit cards because I have not received an order. I just think they stink.

I have been using HDIS for many years. I started using them for my needs first, then for both my husband and me. Now he is gone, but I still need HDIS. They are honest and reliable and never try to sell me something I don't need.

I am new at this adult "diapers" stuff. I saw a add on TV from HDIS.com that for $9.99 they would send me an assortment of brands in the SIZE I REQUESTED. I am MEDIUM waist according to them. My FIRST order came in XTRA LARGE. I called and they were very nice and agreed to send CORRECT size. A few days later, I received the second delivery ALSO IN XTRA LARGE.. I called AGAIN and demanded a full refund. It was credited the next day.

I called HDIS explaining my dissatisfaction with a product I ordered, the CSR immediately offered a solution that was more then fair. I would not hesitate to do business with them again. They stand behind their products and dealing with the CSR was very pleasant experience.
