I tried these thinking they would be better than what you could buy over the counter. I was disappointed when the very first try he still had his nightly accident.

i love the products; and the kind service I got when a delivery was sent to the wrong place. I chose products I hadn't used before and was treated to free samples of others I might like. Correspondence was easy and friendly. The catalog gave me ideas about what else might help me snd my friends.

Good prices and decent delivery time. Box came damaged/open and the item was not properly padded in a box that was too big for it. So far product is working but I have problems with it I would assume it was from abuse during shipping process. I changed my review to 4stars after a customer service rep called me within 2 hours of this review and offered to replace my product. Fantastic customer service!

Ordered rubber pants for my 80 year old mom. Took out of package -- they were HUGE!!!!!! She did not even try on and they won't give any kind of refund. Best be putting in a plastic/paper hygiene strip like they do in swim suits if that's what it will take to be able to return an item never used or even tried on!!!

I returned my purchase because the cost was almost twice as much as going to my local Fred Meyer or Walmart for the same products.
